Conditions & Acknowledgment

To ensure transparency and mutual respect in every collaboration.

01

Proper Acknowledgment

CRITMS must be acknowledged in the thesis acknowledgments section, and any resulting publications must include appropriate author attribution or affiliation as agreed upon at the start of the collaboration.

02

Institutional NOC

If the entire thesis is conducted under CRITMS guidance and supervision, the student must obtain a formal No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective institution's supervisor, confirming awareness and consent for external mentorship.

03

Publication Rights

Any publishable findings arising from thesis work conducted at CRITMS are subject to prior discussion on authorship and affiliation before submission to journals or conferences.

04

Data & Code Sharing

Raw computational data, input files, and analysis scripts must be archived and shared with CRITMS upon thesis completion for reproducibility and future reference.

05

Duration & Commitment

Students are expected to maintain regular communication and meet mutually agreed milestones. Prolonged inactivity without notice may result in withdrawal of mentorship support.
