Conditions and expectations for research project collaborations with CRITMS.
CRITMS currently collaborates only on projects within Bangladesh — including government-funded, institutional, and corporate initiatives. Foreign or international projects are not accepted at this stage.
All project collaborations are subject to the following terms.
The project topic must fall within CRITMS research domains. Non-domain topics will not be considered. Review our research pillars before submitting a proposal.
CRITMS must be listed as a collaborating institution in all project documents, proposals, and reports submitted to funding agencies.
The project must carry its own funding for computational resources, software licenses, and any associated costs. CRITMS provides expertise and guidance, not financial support.
All publishable outcomes must acknowledge CRITMS affiliation. Intellectual property arrangements must be agreed upon in writing before project commencement.
Regular progress updates are mandatory. Failure to report for three consecutive months without valid reason may result in termination of collaboration.
All raw data, computational files, and analysis scripts generated during the project must be shared with CRITMS upon project completion or at agreed intervals.
If the project involves student researchers, they must adhere to CRITMS thesis guidelines and acknowledge mentorship in their academic submissions.
Collaboration is valid for the agreed project duration. Extensions require formal renewal. CRITMS reserves the right to withdraw support if terms are violated.
If your project aligns with our research domains and meets the conditions above, reach out with your proposal and institutional details.
